Baker McKenzie Welcomes New Energy & Infrastructure Team to Brussels Office
Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie is pleased to announce the arrival of a new Energy & Infrastructure team in Brussels, effective 1 November. The team includes David Haverbeke (Partner), Wouter Vandorpe (Partner), Nicolas Celis (Counsel), Guillian Baclin (Associate), and Emilie Malivert (Associate), and joins from Fieldfisher.
Together, the team brings a wealth of experience advising both international and domestic clients in the energy and utilities sectors. David and Wouter have more than twenty years' experience and have advised international and domestic clients in the energy and utilities markets. They are best known for their technical regulatory expertise in energy state support, grid configurations, authorizations and claims, alongside their project work in the fields of solar, large-scale batteries, wind, flexibility, hydrogen, CCUS, ESG/climate and natural gas.
